TRAINING

Private lessons and small group sessions provide athletes with an opportunity to receive focused training in the area(s) of their choosing. From fundamentals to advanced skills, our staff will help athletes raise their skill level though high rep/high focus training. We want the athletes we work with to truly understand not only how to execute a skill, by why.  We look forward to the opportunity to help athletes take their game to the next level.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
​

Individual training is a great way to get focussed attention and direct feedback with one or multiple skills.  We suggest starting with an individual lesson to gain an understanding of where you are at and where you want to go.  Individual sessions are are $50 and are 60 minutes in duration.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

​

​Small group training (4-6 athletes) is a great way to get a ton of focussed reps.  We recommend participating in 4-6 small group training sessions between individual training sessions.  This gives the athlete an opportunity to reinforce the concepts that were discussed and worked on in a 1-on-1 setting in a more random/game like learning environment.  Small group sessions are $25 per player and are 75 minutes in duration.
